School of Government Standard Training
Mandatory distance training that every civil servant completes.
Mandatory distance training that every civil servant completes.
The School of Government Standard Training carries the volume of the institution's training load and is the principal mechanism by which the CAS reaches every civil servant, regardless of rank or location. It delivers eight courses spanning the foundations of public administration: the constitutional architecture of the Polity; records and information management; information security and communications protocol; ethics and integrity; public finance; administrative law and liability; the Founding Relationship with Anishinaabe communities; and emergency response.
Every module is asynchronous, every assessment is auto-graded, and every civil servant — from Clerk to Deputy Minister — completes the same curriculum. Provided at no cost to the candidate or the sponsoring ministry.
