Six stair-stepped case-method exercises covering the core middle-management muscles: delegation, trade-offs, coordination design, crisis management, process scaling, and unit design.

The Middle Management Cohort is the flagship offering of the School of Programs. Over six weeks, learners work through six cases of increasing complexity, each presenting a realistic scenario drawn from the Polity's institutional world. Cases are delivered as document bundles (18-25 separate files per case) and assessed against published rubrics. The cohort meets weekly for synchronous discussion; deliverables are submitted between sessions.

Target Audience

Mid-career civil servants at the Officer, Senior Officer, and Manager levels. Typically 3-8 years of service.

Prerequisites

GST Courses 1-6 completed or equivalent.
